Your security is our concern. In all the hotel rooms and corridors there are fire detectors.

If you should locate fire or smoke, please see the reception. And there are red alarm boxes in the corridor. Break the window with covered elbow and push the button.

On the inside of your room door, you find the evacuation plan as well as how to react in case of fire.

The meeting point in case of an evacuation of the hotel is on the upper parking of the hotel. In case of fire please follow the instructions of the hotel staff.

We keep items left behind for 3 months.

If you wish, you can book half board at the hotel reception.

For CHF 35.- we will serve you a fixed 3-course menu from 17h30 to 21h00.

Please note that you must book half-board at the latest after breakfast on the day in question.

Furthermore, please note, that on Sundays and Mondays, when the restaurant and the bar is closed, half board is not served.

Happy hour at the bar is daily from 17h30 to 18h30.

When ordering beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks, you pay for one and get a second free!

Helicopter sightseeing flights are offered in  Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken.

VIRTUAL ARENA is the new experience for young and old at JungfrauPark Interlaken. Up to 6 players compete simultaneously in 2 teams during a game time of 15min.

Mysty Land is a magical place where children’s eyes sparkle and adults become children again. Fun is guaranteed on the trampoline, in the bouncy castle or in the ball pool. Mysty Land is a huge indoor and outdoor children’s playground, especially for families with children aged 2 and over.

During summer:

You will find a microwave and a kettle in the basement. You find plates, glasses and cuttlery there as well.

Please note, that is not permitted to cook in the hotel rooms, because of the risk of fire. If you should cook in the rooms, we are forced to charge CHF 300.-

During winter:
