We can offer you a baby crib for CHF 15.- per night if ordered in advance.

The bar is open from 1pm.

We close earliest at 10pm, and latest at midnight (0h00; twelve o’clock at night).

There is a daily happy hour from 5:30pm till 6:30pm. On your orders of beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks you will get a second one for free.

Sundays and Mondays the bar remain closed. During the high season, (August, July, December, February) closed on  Sundays.

You can store your bike inside, the reception team will help you.

Bicycles are not permitted in the rooms.

Various sports stores in the village rent out bicycles (mountain bikes) and e-bikes.

If you need additional blankets, please require at the reception.

In the first floor, you find a shelf with books. Just grab one to read. It would be nice, if you put there a book you read.

You may take a book at home.

At the bar you will find a darts machine, which is accessible during bar opening hours. CHF 1 to 2 per game.

We do have a possibilty to charge your electronic car, ask our staff at the reception. CHF 0.35 per kilowatt-hour.

Please note that between 07h00-10h00 and 18h00-21h00 the service is not available

The voltage is 230V.

You will find in the bathroom an electric socket with 110V suitable for an electric shaver.

Adapters can be borrowed at the reception.

Different toy and games are at your disposal, please ask our staff

You can get a hairdryer at the reception for free.

You will find a selection of brochures on the second floor and at the hotel reception. We are also happy to help you at the hotel reception.

There is also a touch screen at the main entrance, which you are welcome to use.

You will find the Grindelwald Tourist Office (www.grindelwald.ch) on Dorfstrasse.

During summer:

You will find a microwave and a kettle in the basement. You find plates, glasses and cuttlery there as well.Please note, that is not permitted to cook in the hotel rooms, because of the risk of fire. If you should cook in the rooms, we are forced to charge CHF 300.-

During winter:

In the basement you will find a washing machine and a dryer.

The cost is CHF 5.-

From 9pm - 7am it is closed

Cooking is prohibited in the hotel rooms.

For motorcycles we offer an open garage for free parking. This means that motorcycles cannot be seen from the road and are protected from the rain in a dry place.
