Digital guest folder at Hotel Alpenblick

You may use the public bus in the village of Grindelwald for free, with your digital guest card, which you can order 2 days prior arrival. The bus stop is opposite the main entrance of the hotel. Timetables are at the reception. Following you find the link of the buses (www.grindelwaldbus.ch).

Your room or dormitory bed will be ready for you on the day of your arrival from 14h00 at the latest.

Check in is possible until 21h00, should you arrive later, please let us know by e-mail (hotel@alpenblick.info) or by telephone 0041 33 853 11 05.

Please note, that late arrivals in the dormitory are not possible, as other guests might sleep!

We ask you to check out by 11am latest on your departure day.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer late check outs. But you can leave your car on our parking until your final departure from Grindelwald.

You may as well store your luggage after checking out. If you should check out early in the morning we kindly ask you to pay your hotel bill the day before your departure day.

As the reception is open in Summer from 6h30 am and in Winter from 7am.

The reformed church is located about 5 minutes' walk from the Hotel Alpenblick, you can find the times of the church services at www.kirchgemeinde-grindelwald.ch.

The catholic church is located above the village street for mass - please consult times: https://www.kathbern.ch/

The rooms are cleaned daily between 07:30 and 12:00h.

If you do not want us to clean your room, put the red card on the outside of your door.

Cooking in the rooms is forbidden.

During summer:

You will find a microwave and a kettle in the basement. You find plates, glasses and cuttlery there as well.

Please note, that is not permitted to cook in the hotel rooms, because of the risk of fire. If you should cook in the rooms, we are forced to charge CHF 300.-

During winter:

You will find a microwave and a kettle in the first floor, room 111. You find plates, glasses and cuttlery there as well.

Well educated dogs are accepted and fro free.

Please note, that we do not accept pets in the dormitory!

Other pets than dogs are not allowed.

We do not have a dress code, you come as you are comfortable and are not a burden to other guests.

For your safety, we advise you not to go barefoot, as we cannot guarantee that there are no glass splinters anywhere.

We do have a possibilty to charge your electronic car, ask our staff at the reception. CHF 0.35 per kilowatt-hour.

Please note that between 07h00-10h00 and 18h00-21h00 the service is not available

The voltage is 230V.

You will find in the bathroom an electric socket with 110V suitable for an electric shaver.

Adapters can be borrowed at the reception.

For emergencies, please contact the hotel reception. For emergencies at night, you will find a night bell next to the main entrance.
